Prisvärt boende

En bra vistelse. Restaurang är lika med frukost. De har öl om man ber om det i köket. Restauranger finns ca 1.5 km från hotellet. De har hyr motorcyklar till bra priser, och några cyklar. Finns ett bageri 100 meter från hotellet med lite godsaker. Till beach ca 1,5 km.

늦은밤에 도착해서 1박 했는데 사장님 부부가 너무 인자하시고 룸 컨디션도 깔끔하고 너무 좋았습니다. 방 바닥도 너무 깨끗해서 누워도 될 정도로 깨끗했고 온수도 잘 나오고 벌레같은것도 없었습니다. 1박밖에 안했는데 사장님이 너무 잘해주셔서 기억에 남을 정도로 좋았습니다. 추천드립니다.

Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Een heerlijke warme douche met krachtige straal water. De kamer is ruim en schoon. Het uitzicht vanaf ons terras was minder. Hotel ligt wat afgelegen. Naar het strand is het 25 minuten lopen, en naar de hoofdweg met de restaurants ongeveer 20 minuten lopen. Het strand is mooi en schoon, en er zijn leuke restaurantjes met gratis ligbedden.

Accueil très chaleureux. Nous avons été surclassés dans une chambre supérieure à la décoration moderne et d'une propreté impeccable. Pour les chambres Deluxe, je vous conseille l'étage pour éviter les bruits de la piscine. Petit-déjeuner copieux. L'hôtel est un peu excentré mais, pour le dîner, demandez à l'accueil, ils vous conduiront au restaurant familial situé à quelques centaines de mètres où vous y trouverez une très bonne cuisine à des prix très attractifs.

Séjour très agréable au Suthawan, chambres simples mais bien équipées, lit confortable, douche bien avec bon débit d'eau chaude. Il faut avoir un scooter car c'est assez isolé mais c'est le cas dans la plupart des hôtels, l'hôtel loue des scooters sur place. Le point positif est que du coup l'hôtel est en pleine nature ce qui est très agréable, il suffit ensuite de 5/10minutes pour rejoindre le centre avec les restaurants et de moins de 5minutes pour aller à la plage. Les propriétaires parlent peu anglais mais sont très sympathiques et font tout pour que vous passiez un bon séjour (organisation de transfert jusqu'à Phuket). Le dernier jour nous avons fait une chute à scooter et ils nous ont donné tout ce qu'il fallait pour désinfecter nos plaies.

Fairly basic but very clean with friendly staff

Most hotels and resorts require taxi or scooter to get anywhere and the Baan Suthawan was no exception. The rooms and pool were very clean and the staff were delightful despite speaking very little English. Its seems there is not much English spoken anywhere in Khao Lak. Beds in Thailand are extremely hard but our room was nice and the air conditioning worked well. Breakfast was very ordinary and there was no sign of a bar or restaurant.

Baan Suthawan resort

Suthawan resort är ett familjeägt litet hotell. Vill du ha lugn och ro, trevlig personal och god billig mat så är detta hotell perfekt. Enda nackdelen med hotellet är att det är långt till både strand och city. Men fördelen är att du har en privat taxichaufför som kör dig dit du vill.

Nice place friendly staff

Family operatet business, speaking english quite good . Very helpfull staff . Brakfast not very amazing , but fair for the price . All in all good value . To go around and to beach ( 1 mile to beach) you need to rent a motorbike or a bicycle , no problem they have both for rent at resonable price. If you like to stay at beach it may be a good thing to bring your own drinks/water with as the vew food stands at beach are a bit pricy , but still O.K.

Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal,men låg alldeles för långt från strand och centrum.Blev körda ibland av Mr Suthawan i hans tuk-tuk.Fanns också vespor att hyra.Bra frukost varje morgon.

WONDERFUL

When we arrived, we got a very warm welcome. And it just got better and better. The staff just made our stay unforgettable. This hotel is the perfect example of great Thai hospitality. They helped us wherever they could. We wanted to take a day trip to the Similan Islands. No problem, our trip was just one phone call away. We got picked up the next morning and the owner of the company was a friend of the lady at the reception. They treated us like VIPs. Rooms are spacious and very clean, Wifi works perfectly. I can only recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to enjoy a couple of days in Khao Lak and take day tours to the islands around it. I am sure your stay will be unforgettable - just like ours! Thank you so much again!

Udmærket hotel, men dårlig beliggenhed.

Hotellet ligger isoleret langt til strand og by, helt ok hvis man har bil eller scooter, hvilket vi ikke havde. Boede ikke mange mens vi var der, kun unge fyrer der havde schooter. Ejeren var sød at køre os ned til Lays restuarant på stranden den ene dag, som hans familie har dejlig billig mad. Brød mig ikke om trappen ned til den meget lille pool.

Lovely experience

I stayed with my partner here for five nights and couldn't fault it, we had such an enjoyable experience, the room was well maintained and spacious, we were able to rent a moped to get into the town, the food from the hotel restaurant was absolutely gorgeous and the staff were so welcoming and attentive. We would definitely stay here again wonderful stay
