"The Kahala is a special place. The service is amazing and it is such a relaxing environment. The rooms are beautiful and I love the bathroom with two separate vanities. The beach is calm and beautiful and you can swim there for hours. And the dolphins are just so cool"

"breakfast is good, hotel location is perfect close to the beach and mall accessible to 🚌"

"Housekeeper Louise and Rebecca were awesome. Took great care of our needs."

"We booked a mountain view studio with a kitchenette for three nights. The photos on the website make the rooms look so much nicer than in person. The rooms are dated and, with just a little bit of investment, could be so much nicer... and could possibly live up to the 4 star rating. The view from the harbor view rooms is truly lovely. Our mountain view room had minimal mountain, but when I sat on the balcony with my morning coffee, I could see a bit of the bay. And the view from the lobby...

"The property was very clean, and the staff was excellent. They were able to accommodate us for a late checkout, so we were able to go on a snorkeling tour before our flight. The hotel is also a street back, so the ocean view does have some buildings in between the ocean and the hotel. The rooms were very clean, and the housekeeping staff did a great job."

"Beautiful property!"

Unfortunately when I arrived my bathroom was not cleaned, I called front desk and they sent someone right away to reclean the bathroom. I appreciated the hospitality, great customer service. But I was quite disappointed with cleanliness from first arrival. Also the parking garage is small 2 cars can not go up and down simultaneously, you have to move over to let cars...

"Loved everything about the place"
