"We arrived very late in the evening however, a very friendly staff member was there to greet us. The room was exceptionally clean and the continental breakfast the next morning had many options! We have already booked a room again for a future date because we were so impressed by this hotel."

"This place just gets what people appreciate in a hotel. Cleanliness, comfort, quiet and little “extras” that make you feel special…like rubber ducks! Breakfast is in a great family restaurant in the parking lot where you can either have the set hot breakfast or $10 of any meal. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful…we ended up calling them a few times because we couldn’t figure out tvs, microwaves, etc. They were so polite and prompt to help us figure things out. Definitely the place where we will stay when in Kelowna from now on. Great hotel and great price. "
