Room was fantastic! Way bigger than expected. Didn’t like that using the hottub was an ordeal. The hot tub is outside and weather was a bit nasty so covers needed to be removed/moved when you’re wet and chilly! Possibly this step isn’t necessary when better weather? Room and access and staff were wall fantastic

A great complex of hotel and holiday apartments. Terrific views and v well equipped spacious suites. Only down side was that pools / hot tubs were not open and a lot of noisy maintenance hindered our enjoyment of the balcony. Would have been good to know this in advance. Still a great place with helpful staff

The room was clean, staff nice. The property should consider more baggage carts for such a big building. The exterior was full of spider webs and the building needs a good exterior cleaning of windows etc. We will definitely stay again. Beautiful location!

This resort is beautiful and in a great location with self free parking. We loved everything about it. Our suite was quiet, clean, comfortable. and fully equipped. We enjoyed the two pools, hot tubs, and the Gellatly Nut Farm on site. The resort’s restaurant, called The Landing Kitchen and Bar is very nice with good food. We would definitely go back!

We stayed at The Cove Lakeside in West Kelowna for one night and had a wonderful experience. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax right away. The staff Kashminder and Jashan provided excellent service—friendly, attentive, and welcoming from check-in to check-out. The amenities were also excellent, with everything we needed to enjoy our short stay. Overall, it was a great experience, and we would definitely stay here again on a future trip to Kelowna.
