"The manager of this property is very professional, on time, and over the top helpful! The location is an easy walk to either rail station an right next to Pier 2. 7-11 is right on the corner (My friends in the States laugh when I go on about how great 7-11 is in Taiwan :)

"I stayed 3 nights at OX Suites. The property is stylish and comfy, sparkling clean. The communication is prompt and effective. It should be self check-in with no staff manning the counter. However, I was a bit dumb on the main door keypad. Really appreciated a staff immediate showing up to help. It is walkable to Pier2 which is my favourite place in Kaohsiung. I enjoyed my stay and will use it again."
"Very nice hotel! Everyone was so kind, breakfast was delicious. We ate at Ukai-tei Teppenyaki and it was the best dinner we’ve both had. Room amenities were so nice, and infinite pool was very relaxing. We fully recommend. "
