Very friendly staff, very convenient location next to Central Park, surprises with many free snacks and drinks at mini-bar. Spacious room and clean and bright. The breakfast in room was good! Good value!

Amazing value for money

What a pleasant surprise! Excellent service from all staff members, delicious and varied breakfast served in the room, free mini-bar (don’t know if that is normal) with lots of snacks, biscuits and drinks. Family room was spacious - 2 super comfortable double beds with western blankets/duvet separated by a curtain. 2 large smart TV’a where you could easily connect your Netflix or other accounts. Bathroom was huge and had rainshower as well as tub and separated toilet. Rate also included bath soap and toys for the kids. Just across from a small mall with Donki in the basement and amusement park on the roof. Close to Central Park MRT. We loved every minute of both Kaohsiung and this hotel - would love to come back!

This is a newer property and I really liked the room. The room was clean and the facility felt new. They have good snacks and a stocked mini-bar with good snacks for free. Also, they have one laundry machine which I found very useful. The area is bustling and there is lots to see nearby. You can walk to the little stream and to the pier which was wonderful. The only issues I had were two: 1) Laundry was offered for free but the instructions on how to use the detergent and where it was was all in Chinese..It would be nice if that was in English. The explanation to use the washer and dryer were in English, but not were to find the detergent. This is a minor fix which is needed. 2) They offered a very nice breakfast for the room in the form of room service. It was a very special way of eating except that when I got my food which was traditional pork w/ radish. There were barely any pieces of pork and mine was just cabbage and radish stew. They really showed how cheap they were with the ingredients. The presentation was great but they really skimped out on the food and quality of the food. I think they can be a bit more generous with the meat. Other than those 2 things, I really liked my stay there and I would go again.
