"Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! "This was my first time to stay in a Ryokan (traditional Japanese inn) and I really like it! The hotel was a bit old but still in good condition. They have indoor & outdoor hotspring pool plus many other facilities for you to enjoy during your stay. Buffet breakfast & dinner both were great too. Free shuttle service available too to pick up from/drop off to Kagaonsen station. Thumb up!"

"A beautiful place and a real honour to stay here as a westerner. Robes and amenities were provided and the baths were excellent including an outdoor area. Very helpful and friendly staff made us feel welcomed. There was even a mini stamp rally around the building which was great for us and our teen child to explore. The building interior was like a maze with beautiful objects and resting places all around and overlooking the garden."

"Highly recommend. Very convenient location and stylish hotel. We booked a suite, and it was a great size and value. The room was well-appointed and sparkling clean. The closet placement was to the right of the entry way by the front door. I liked having an entry way with a small bench to sit or place package, but I did not like having the only closest near the entry way. The bathroom was spacious and the suite had two toilet closets. The toto toilets did not have a dryer and seemed low to the ground. Window shades were all motorized and the room decor was trendy yet Japanese inspired. Location was superb and so convenient with shops and places to eat right next to the hotel. The Kanazawa train station is next door; convenient, modern, clean, safe and connected to a large shopping mall. Kanazawa was a gem and so was the Hyatt Centric!"
