The dinosaurs are so adorable, a silly experience worth staying for. Staff is kind and attentive. I left my breakfast vouchers at check-in by accident and didn’t realize until hours later. I was worried but when I told the staff she had them in the back room. The room smells great and beds are very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious, especially the fried noodles and apple water. I only wish there were stairs available, as it can get really crowded at times and there are only two elevators. The location is also superb, being close to the castle, shrines, gardens, and museums. I had a wonderful time!

This hotel is super well located, main attractions of the city are less than 5 mins away, same for it was super clean, noise isolated, had everything you need to have a good rest. Check-in was an experience we enjoyed a lot, you are really histed by two dinosaurs lol. Only advise is don't use the laundry, your clothes will never dry up.

The hotel reception was amusing with its two resident dinosaurs 😀 The staff we saw were very nice and helpful. Hotel room was spacious compared to what we have been in and it was in a great location to see Kanazawa Castle and many other sites.

The dinosaur check in is not just a gimmick, this is as nice as anywhere else i have stayed so far. It was exceptionally clean and comfortable There were plenty of shops and restaurants in the area and they were all walkable.

We had a really good time in Kanazawa and the hotel helped us to enjoy our visit as well! Clean room and I really liked that the shower and the toilet had separated rooms in our hotel room. Extra star to the robot-dinos that had been decorated with Christmas gadgets : )

We were located walking distance from Kenrokuen garden, Kanazawa Castle and Omicho market. Also walked to the Chaya district from there. Love Kanazawa. Would stay here again. The only thing is the bathroom sink area is very very tiny, but we made it work for us.

Really nice place that is super close to many of the main attractions of Kanazawa. The staff were super kind and helped us out when we needed some help. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped. I enjoyed the velociraptor animatronics and would definitely come back again if I am in the area. Super good value!

Good location for Kanazawa

Good location for visitors to Kanazawa as easily walkable to many sights and a bus ride away from main station. Good size room too compared to other hotels we used in Japan. Check in with the dinosaurs was straightforward. Breakfast was very basic and noisy with sounds from the reception area.

Fantastic and unique hotel, with its own dinosaur charm. The rooms are very large, with minimal style and are comfortable. The area around the hotel is safe and convenient for shops/cafes/restaurants. The dinosaur concierge were the best part! Highly recommend, if you want a unique experience in Kanazawa!
