I was further inconvenienced by an unannounced policy of changing credentials every Sunday, requiring a front desk visit to reconnect. Additionally, my room keys frequently failed to work."

"remote controller of TV not work, need impove"

"Property is abit rundown. But the water park is the best ever for my kids. So many slides. I got one free ticket for the water park, courtesy of the hotel staff. Location wise, the hotel is very near to the highway exit but abit far from Melaka town. Will definitely visit again."

The hotel tried to mitigate the situation by having a staff to operate the elevator but...
