There is a food court across the street which was lovely. The hotel is situated in between George Town & Batu Ferringhi (short taxi rides away) which was perfect for a long weekend."

"The descrfiption mentioned there is hot tub. that is the only reason why i booked this room - for my son. But when i c hecked in, there was no hot tub. When i checed with the agent, she said it's not her problem. previously there was a hot tub, and then they removed it which was obviously a lie. Furthermore she was rude, even before i said anything she became so defensive and said its not her problem. you want to complain, go complain to Hotels.com, this has nothing to do with me."
