The “Western” style dinner in particular … i know you’re in Japan, but the chef is great… ya gotta try while you’re there. Castle is nice. Not a lot to do in Matsumoto, but walkable. Location of Hotel is good (bread place around the corner and castle is vey close). Note: the hotel itself is not new, but it is clean."
