"Staff very helpful"

"和風の雰囲気がとても気持ちよく快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 スタッフの皆様もお若いですがとても親切で良かったです。"

Facilities: Internet is very slow! Also, the toilet does not have a hot seat. Staff: one...

"Nice time great for morning walk along the river. Breakfast was ok. Onsen was ok. Hotel front staff was not effective "

"We had an amazing stay. We used the private and public baths and booked a Japanese massage. Both were incredible experiences. The breakfast was an experience - the traditional Japanese option is absolutely worth trying. We stayed in a lovely spacious room, and were within walking distance of many major tourist attractions!, Highly recommend!"
