"Great time staying there!"

"Overall a nice place and a terrific location."

"The staff was overall wonderful, with one exception. Nothing that went wrong was the fault of the property or the staff. It was the recent hurricane. Two of the three closest restaurants were closed, as well as the Sheraton next door. The ocean rooms were outstanding, though it was rocky surf rather than lapping. You wouldn't really want to go in it. The pool has a bit of an odd shape, and you can swim into the steps if you're not careful. But the yoga on the beach was very nice, the...

"Clean, comfortable. Food is great and service is awesome."

"Phil, Chris and the rest of the staff were amazing during our stay, the location had a great vibe to it with an authentic Hawaiian feeling. During our stay Phil put up an outdoor projector movie for all of our family and friends to enjoy watching the Moana movie and ordered us pizza. They were always open to giving advice on the best places to visit on the island for any activities that we were looking for. They offer gear to borrow for the beach such as snorkeling gear and boogie boards, so...

"Room was clean and adequate. 1 sink. Bed comfortable. LBT flooring. Food was very good. Pool very nice. Beach access and view great. Ocean view room clear to ocean although the view of roof top below was dirty and could use some TLC. Generally nice stay for 3 days near the airport. Would do it again."

"Our rental car was broken into first night. Do not leave anything in your car."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Best Birthday Stay Ever! 🌺 We had the absolute best stay at Hale Hokuala Kauai! The hotel is absolutely breathtaking, extremely clean, peaceful, and secluded, making it feel like your own little paradise. The amenities are fantastic, and there’s even a beach access path right next to the hotel. The location is perfect because you feel tucked away, yet you’re conveniently located near everything on the island. The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and they went above and beyond to...

"There were fruit flies in my room during my entire five day stay. The owner of the room did not leave a phone number so that I can contact them regarding the issue. I was never given an email with the owners information. I asked the front desk and they said I should’ve received an email but I did not. The room needed to be painted and the bathroom shower faucet kept dripping. The doors covering the sliding doors would not open fully so my view of the mountain was blocked. There was only one...
