"The staff was beyond amazing, They are genuinely pleased to help you, always with a smile making you feel at home. The resort itself was beyond fabulous.. The only observation that I have is that we bought the all-inclusive, but not all menu items were included in the all-inclusive, and the same applied for the bar drinks. I think there’s an opportunity to make the all-inclusive clear as to what it involves so people know what they’re buying upfront. But again, other than that, the resort and the staff were absolutely amazing. Highly recommended for a family who want to have a vacation that exceeds your expectations."

"We had a great anniversary stay at Wyndam Kalim Bay. We had the pool suite and everything was great. The room was spacious and clean. The highlight of the room was the pool and the partial view of the bay! The pool was alot bigger and deeper than the pictures suggest. Perfect for floating and enjoying the view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming! When we first arrived we were treated to tea and welcome gifts. When we got to our room “Happy Anniversary” was spelled out in flowers on the bed! One thing to note is that the property is spread out and has very steep hills so they recommend calling a complimentary car to take you from the lobby to your room and vice versa. While most of the time this was great, if you are in a hurry or tired and ready to get to your room it can be a bit of an inconvenience as we had to wait about 10-15 mins on a car at times. We really loved our stay and cant wait to come back!"
