The location is fantastic and the views are lovely. However, this condo needs some TLC. It’s functional and served our needs, but it could use some paint, new carpet upstairs, the upstairs bathroom shower handle is coming out of the wall and there is a lot of rust. There is some kind of mechanical sound coming from the roof that is irritating when you are trying to sleep, but we got used to it. The downstairs closet had lots of beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling equipment, etc. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare several meals. There is no air conditioning upstairs, which would be great to have, but we ran fans and were fine. Again, the location is wonderful and that’s what was important for us. The grounds are also really nice at this complex.
