"Room cleanness is okay , bath room is old and , rusted corner , and while showering all the bath roam soaked with water , door locks stuck and must be try several times before you manage to open it it needs replacement .
As for staff they are friendly but their numbers is low , five to six personnel only only one English spoken , breakfast id’s poor in comparison to other hotels in Istanbul
To be fair location and viue is great , specially from rooftop
But for me I will not do it again ,...

"The room we booked and paid for was not what we expected. There was 1 fewer bed.
Besides, the shower was defective. So we asked for a room change, but we were charged an extra €240 for that, because they said the new room was an upgrade.
In my previous experiences, when the hotel is at fault, and the room isn't up to standard, either for cleanliness or for malfunctions, the hotel copped the surcharge. The concierge was totally unhelpful. And while the hotel is ok, I think the €240 surcharge was...

"We were WOWed the moment we set foot in our Deluxe Sea View apartment. Gorgeous view of the Bosphorus and Asian side of Istanbul. Spacious, clean and very comfortable. Great location. Easy walk to Taksim Square, tram/funicular, numerous cafes/restaurants, pharmacies and grocery stores. The staff is extremely helpful and kind. Staying at Ando Living was the best of both worlds—concierge, as in a hotel, but the privacy and independence of staying in a short term rental. We actually extended our...

"Stay first en room 101, right beside the reception. You can hear everything all day and night. Impossible to sleep.
Windows all out to a wall. Rooms almost without any thing in it. 1 glas, 2 plates. Need so much make over the place. Got a room at 5 floor. Much more silent, but still, same bad condition.
Reception very nice, and do what the can to help, and find stuf you need. Okay for just sleeping, nothing else."

"Overall, this is a historic property that misses the mark completely on service. For example, we arrived after our flight at 5 am, hoping to checkin early but prepared to store our luggage. The lobby was dark and they never did bother to turn on any lights. For double the price we were offered checkin to a lesser suite. No offer of tea or coffee. If we wanted breakfast it would cost us 110 Euros. Used the bathroom to clean up a bit, and waited in a dark corner of the lobby until the sun came up...
