Had a wonderful stay at this luxury flat. The superb views from the terrace were breathtaking, and the flat itself was immaculate and nicely decorated. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. The staff provided excellent service, making my stay very comfortable. Highly recommend for a luxurious and memorable experience. Great location. Nice, but not great view of the Bosphorus, marred by ugly rooftops in front of us. Comfortable apartment with all necessary amenities for our 10 day stay. Good WiFi. Limited TV channels. Bad smell coming from bathroom drains. Clothes washer, but no dryer. Very nice gym. When we arrived no soap in one bathroom shower, which they replaced quickly but when soap ran out in the other shower after a couple of days, I asked for a replacement but never got it. No housekeeping service at all, even though they said we had at least one coming. Compared to other places we've rented while traveling I would rate Ando Living as Average: not bad but not great.

The front desk staff were very friendly and extremely helpful. I could reach them via text on WhatsApp for directions when I was away, or for recommendations. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. When I needed something extra the staff found it for me. There was some light wear and tear on the walls, but nothing too bad. The area was easy to get to the Dolmabahce Saray and Taksim Square. We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment was exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and well equipped. I did not find it as clean as I might have expected though. Although the street is quiet it is easily walkable to tourist areas with shops and people. Unfortunately the hotel across the street puts their trash bins out right in front of the door of Ando. But other than that its a nice area. You can see the water and walk there in two blocks. It is very hilly though. There is a close grocery and restos from 5 to 15 min walk.

Exceeded my expectations!

Its location is incredibly convenient. Just a 5-minute walk gets you to the Kabataş ferry terminal, funicular, and tram stations, making it easy to explore Taksim, Karaköy, Sultanahmet, and the neighborhoods along the Bosphorus and Golden Horn. The space itself reflects the Ando's minimalist aesthetics, offering a spacious and elegant feel that's more like an upscale apartment than a typical hotel room. It's exceptionally clean and quiet, with comfortable beds that guarantee a good night's sleep. The apartment is fully equipped with all the amenities needed for an extended stay. From the high-end appliances to the thoughtful touches, it's clear that no detail has been overlooked. The staff were very attentive, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate our every request. I plan to stay here again on my next trip to Istanbul. Highly recommended!

While the room itself was very good and had plenty of amenities, a few things completely ruined the experience for us. First and foremost, the service level is pathetic. Staff are rude and very unhelpful. We had a disabled person in our group. Not only was there no ramp for the 3 stairs in the reception area, staff would not even help with taking the wheelchair up the stairs. On several occasions I struggled on my own with pulling the wheelchair up the 3 stairs and several male staff stood there watching me and refused to help. Istanbul is a beautiful city and has a lot to offer in terms of site seeing, but it completely baffles me as to why everyone is so hostile towards tourists. On many occasions, we were trapped into paying extortionate amounts of money for something simple. Not only do you get ripped off on a regular basis, but they never miss an opportunity to insult you. And having spoken to several other tourists, they had similar experiences. Turkey is a beautiful country, with so much potential, but unless this attitude towards tourists change, I believe that tourism will be a dead industry in the near future.

The property is in desperate need of a remodel. The shower was disgusting and had mold everywhere. Overall it’s not the worst place to stay but travelers could easily do better in terms of picking an accommodation for their stay in Istanbul.

The behavior of the reception staff was inappropriate. They did not respect the guests. They threatened us with surveillance cameras in the lobby and corridor. They offered a airport transfer with three times the price of other transfer companies. I am not at all satisfied with this choice.
