"The hotel looked new, almost out of place with the surrounding buildings. The suite was spacious, modern, and clean. Two TVs, ReFa and Dyson hair-care products, a massage chair, a large living area, and a double-mirror/sink bathroom with a "rain" shower were great. The view was also nice. The laundry room on the ninth floor was small, but efficient. The machines were a dual washer and dryer. They ran for two hours. A PIN code was required to open the machines, preventing items from being stolen. Ingenious! The breakfast was not special, but good nonetheless. My only complaint is that the hotel is a six-minute walk from Aomori Station. My family and I were sad to leave our room and hotel!"

"The room was very clean and had all the amenities. We did not have breakfast. Due to our late arrival and early departure, we didn't interact much with the staff. I think it was a great value for the price paid. No complaints of any kind."

"Hotel is about a 5 minute walk from Shin-Aomori station. Easy check in. Room cleaning only provided every 3rd day. However provides new towels every day. Room was comfortable and efficient. Nice breakfast provided in mornings between 630 and 900. It is quite busy despite having a fairly large seating area. Surrounding area is quiet and safe but not a large selection of places to eat or shop. There is a laundry on the main floor."
