"Good location. Only about 5 minutes walk to Aomori station. Hotel looks dated. Most points of interest are close by in walking distance. Breakfast is great. Can’t complain. Staff very friendly. Only thing is a must to reserve room on the main building. We originally booked a Japanese style room with futons for 3 people. Room is very small. The worst is air conditioners not working on the dates we checked in. The staffs try to help us by opening windows but then mosquito is an another problem. The staffs are very helpful to switch us to a 3 beds room in the new building which very spacious and much bigger. Thank you so much. Definitely will recommend to book this hotel if you visit Aomori."

"Facilities were good although I was irritated by hotel rules drummed in through TV and multiple leaflets. I didn’t have a yataka first night and no belt when I did get one. Minor irritations. Air conditioning could have been a major gripe as is controlled centrally and was set to heat. This was advised on TV screen. Had the window not been openable to control temperature I would have been displeased."
