"Had issues with our room key when we arrived but the woman on reception sorted the problem out withing a few minutes and gave us another available room, she was lovely.
The room was massive it felt like we had our own apartment as bedroom was seperate from living room and bathroom. Bed comfy and no issues with noise.
Only issue was the shower either went freezing or absolutely roasting feel like the system could do with an update.
Amazing that you can use the swimming pool and jacuzzi until...

"Hidden gem, location is absolutely amazing if your planning on shopping. The young girl on reception was an absolute gem, so helpful and friendly, couldn't be more helpful. Room are perfect and extremely clean. Shared a room with my teenage daughters, the room had a small alcove for the other bed so created a small bit of privacy which was just perfect. Breakfast is beautiful fresh pastries and coffees. Will absolutely be back "
"Very welcoming and convenient. Very comfortable bed and lovely and quiet, considering where it is.
There is only one minor disadvantage and that is that I don’t feel their dining room is not big enough to accommodate everyone for breakfast. People were waiting, plates ran out, etc. The layout could do with some thought - the food was excellent, however, and the staff welcoming and polite. "
"This is a lovely hotel with friendly, helpful staff. The rooms are clean and well kept. The breakfast has a great choice and hot food English breakfast is well cooked. It can be busy but a wait for more food or a seat is not too long. The tables were cleaned quickly and the staff working here were all pleasant and helpful. The hotel is well situated for going into the shopping area. Plenty of choice for eating, drinking close by and in the shopping area. Not far from China town. We were there 2...
