"We loved our stay here. Lyndsay was very responsive and personable. We had the double with the en-suite bathroom. It was clean and the bed comfortable. The snacks were a great touch. We traveled from the US for the Liverpool/Spurs match that sealed LFC as the Premier League champions! There were celebration spots close by and it was wonderful that the Liverpool players’ bus passes close to the home on Anfield Road. We were right in the middle of everything. Loved it. Go LFC!!!❤️"
"Very welcoming and convenient. Very comfortable bed and lovely and quiet, considering where it is.
There is only one minor disadvantage and that is that I don’t feel their dining room is not big enough to accommodate everyone for breakfast. People were waiting, plates ran out, etc. The layout could do with some thought - the food was excellent, however, and the staff welcoming and polite. "
"Fantastic service; all staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Rather hot at times; would be better if window could be opened more and extractor fan would help in bathroom. Breakfast was very good. Free parking is a bonus. "
"Loved staying at this location. Had a great experience. The bed was super comfortable, the room was quiet. The location was perfect, easy access to shopping, dining, train and metro station…. The only thing I would like to mention was that the shower pressure was just ok and there seemed to be some drainage issues with the shower. But other than that, we had an amazing stay and will be looking forward to booking this location again in the future!"
"Very good location. Staff are nice. Breakfast was not good with the money. The last day I check out. Faced the fire-alert without any notice from the hotel before. Then I had to carry my luggage from the 7th floor down."
