"On the beach, rooms not like pictures beds not clean, tub had a red dye in it, also wasn’t clean has ROACHES! do not stay if you have small children that like to play on floors dirty, one staff told us we could not use the broom on housekeeping cart because he had to go to his second job. could not get comfortable with the bugs. absolutely horrible! The elevator had gotten stuck in between floors!! completely terrible!"

"When we first arrived it took forever to check in. When we finally got our room key and walked over to our building the hallways we gross! Looks like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a week! The rooms were filthy! The ceiling fans had about a quarter inch of black grime on it. Pictures over the bed looked like kids hocked loogies on them! I had to have them send someone up (not even the same day to come clean). They never one came to clean or empty the garbage. They gave us towels, but wrapped in a garbage bag thrown outside our room. Parking was terrible! The place was very dated and needs an overhaul badly! Even after my complaint and them cleaning there was zero follow-up. My bathroom door had a hole in it, the shower knob came off, the room divider was torn, and out door did not close properly! I had to throw my body weight into it! The pool, hot tub, and lazy river need to be drained and cleaned properly as they were filthy."

"Pool, beach access, and other amenities were great. The hotel is different. Room had a large rattle being next to the elevator, and the USB/outlets didnt work at all. Also, there is a additional charge for using a credit card and checking in an hour early."
