Great shopping Mall which has a souvenir shop in the ground floor which has all items for 100 baht. I got all my souvenirs from them.

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Rooms were a good value for money, however I do not recommend a street-facing room because of night noise from the street.
Generally a good location for walking to the beach, shopping, multiple dining options, and of course the bar scene
