"Friendly accommodating staff. Rooms were nice and clean."

"The hotel is very comfortable. It is in good location, safe and near shopping arcade. Breakfast is excellent. It takes about 20-30 minutes to LAX depends on traffic. The room is what you seen on the picture."

"I recently stayed at the DoubleTree by Hilton for 2 nights while visiting LA for a race. While the staff was friendly and welcoming, I was disappointed with the overall condition of my room and the lack of follow-through on several maintenance issues. The bathroom mirror was cracked, there were on noticeable scratches throughout the walls, and the in-room safe did not work. Additionally, the telephone had so much static that every time I attempted to contact the front desk, the staff could not...

"Clean hotel , just so many roches but clean beds and doesn’t smell."

"The original room we were issued had a pesticide fog bomber on the floor and smelled of the insecticide. We were issued another room but front desk was not very accommodating, said take it or leave it. I thought it might have been because we booked via Expedia. Breakfast was just average with a very short operating time, 7-9."

"Very easy and accommodates"

"Brand new hotel with exceptionally friendly staff. We had a great stay and the breakfast was a nice touch and free parking. We will stay again when we are in the area"

"Arrived late in the night at the property and was not able to be checked in due to 'nightly audit' and computer being unavailable. Was asked to come back in 45 minutes which is very inconvenient for someone arriving at 1am. Refrigerator in room was very dirty."

"My stay was very good 👍"

"Great views and service."

"The staff was amazing! I unfortunately left my AirPods behind and I thought they were gone. I called the front desk and they were so helpful that they recovered my AirPods, and they shipped them back to me. Great service."

"An upgrade to breakfast food, location and quantity. I suggest a buffet. Bathroom needs better lighting for women applying makeup. Better communication about when the front doors lock. We went to a concert and were confused when we returned to the hotel. Staff is extremely helpful and courteous. I mean seriously- the entire staff are so kind."

"For a hostel you can't beat this place. Right in front of the beach around great bars and restaurants. Met a lot of really great people from around the world. A great place to stay."
