The room was very clean and nice, and we enjoyed our stay . however, there were quite a lot of ants in the bathroom , hopefully , this can be addressed for future guests

Second time staying here. Excellent value parking is easy and well-lit, and the staff is great. Love the improved logo, and the change to have an in-room microwave instead of a general one for the floor (at least in my room). 5 minute walk to great coffee and a couple other local area favorites.

Staff member (female named as Allie or Aliya) was very very nice, courteous, professional & helpful. Property being newly renovated ( Previously known as Super8) All rooms are clean, and amenities included as mini-fridges, microwave ovens & coffee makers. Property definitely a 100% improvement from SUPER8 to now Torrance Inn Lax.

Staff member (female named as Allie or Aliya) helped at check-in each day was very professional, helpful, kind & courteous. Entire hotel has been newly renovated & are very clean. All rooms now have mini fridges, microwave ovens & coffee makers. Parking on the property is plentiful both in the open lot & the covered lot part of the property. Except during holiday weekends.

From check in the experience was interesting. The check in receptionist was on the phone talking so it was hard at times to tell when she’s interacting with me or the person on the phone (not professional call, personal call). Because of this, guest service and quality was not great, made me feel like I couldn’t ask questions since it would be interrupting her conversation. The room was a solid 4/10 in cleanliness. The bathroom, near the tub has ants. This made me wonder if there were more bugs within the room. AC worked great. Amenities was also good and up to standard.

I liked that there was some covered parking, and that there was an elevator that I could use to get to the second floor. I also liked that it was a fairly safe area that wasn't too far away from Redondo Beach. Although I checked into my room kinda of late at night, it was a decent room size for myself. I connected my laptop and could connect to the wifi to do some work. And I made use of both the refrigerator and microwave during my short stay. For the price it was a pretty worthwhile stay for me.

Excellent value for the price. Short walk to good food spots, craft coffee, and fast food if that’s your thing. My key stopped working a couple times but the staff was always available to address it and friendly. Parking easy and well lit, with a covered option if you want it.

I stayed for a weekend for a festival. I was looking for something cheap and sleep and shower. I really enjoyed this hotel, to crash the night or if you going to be outside doing fun activities. What I didnt like was the AC, it lightly cooled the room. it was pretty outdated, the TV remote and Chanel where pretty slow when tuning into the next Chanel. Other than that, friendly staff, can't complain

The place looks to have been recently remodeled a bit from a Super 8. Bed and room were clean and was perfect for a night. They offered coffee pot and ironing board in the room. Microwave was a public on located outside of the rooms by the elevator. Staff was friendly and efficient. I would book again in the future for a quick stay to crash at place.

The hotel is very clean and has been updated. Your basic amenities are provided as well: shampoo, body wash, and soap. Even though there’s no breakfast, I think you’re getting a great deal for the area.

Good value, handy for Redondo beach but $45 Uber half an hour away from LAX airport, slightly noisy as on Sepulveda Blvd, staff stored our luggage after we checked out which was very helpful as our flight was much later
