"The hotel is a gem in the middle of the French Quarter. It has a combination of classic elegance and modern conveniences that hit you as soon as you walk in. The rooms are very modern with all types of lifting controls including motion sensors under the bed that turn on soft lights if you get up in the middle of the night. The staff was friendly and ultra professional. It was a high class vibe in walking distance to most sights."

"Room was moderately clean. Floor was so uneven that you were walking down hill when you left the bed. Very noisy. Slow elevators. Key didn’t work when we arrived. "

"Toilet overflow, took over an hour to get someone to come up and fix it. Check in line was fast and the room uograde was awesome as i needed a fridge for my medicine. "

"We came into town for Jazz Fest and stayed 8 nights. Definitely enough time to form a review of this property. The staff weren’t professional, small incidents happened over the week. Regardless there’s a pool on the roof top which in that humidity is major. The room had washer and dryer also major. I’d say those were the pluses but we didn’t use either enough to say we’d stay again. Bedsheets were clean, everything worked and there’s a coffee shop downstairs as well as the streetcar line right outside. That was enough for us but having some Southern Hospitality would have been a plus. "
