"As good as can be expected. The Pool Club occupancy needs to be limited. It was standing room only in and around the pool. Hotel guests don’t stand a chance. We reserved lounged chairs but still .. trash cans were overflowing. Staff gave it there all but it was a no win situation for them. I stood in line at the bar for a drink and gave up after 30 min. The interior restaurant and bar were very nice. Breakfast was good … slow service however. Room was clean and nicely appointed."

"Significant staining in common areas. Breakfast area was unkept and food was not prepared by 6:30 am. No bedding in the room for the sofa bed. On site Convenience Store hours were not readily available so we missed the ability to use it."

"No luggage carts to bring items from your vehicle to/from your room. We where told there where only 2 carts for the whole hotel, which is unheard of in such a big place. Come on management, I am paying a premium price plus paying for parking not to be able to use the luggage carts that dont exist. Just unimaginable for a Hilton property. Get your act together and get more luggage carts."
