When I got there the lady that checked me in on Monday Feb 16, 2026 was the nicest, best customer service I have ever had at a hotel. She checked me in quickly, made sure I knew everything and told me where my room was. This is the first hotel in Omaha that I have stayed at that the keycard actually worked the first time so I was grateful for that. The room was super clean and bathroom and the Shampoo, etc was Dove which was a nice surprise. The bed was super comfortable and clean. The breakfast was amazing and the coffee super good. Next time I go visit my daughter at College I am staying here! Wonderful visit, thank you all!

Friendly staff from the the front desk to the cleaning staff. When I was leaving a member of the cleaning crew saw me struggling with too much luggage and with being asked helped me to the front desk. She refused the tip, but when I mentioned it to the woman at the front desk she accepted it and while I was waiting for my driver I saw her give it to the crew member. Nice, clean facility and amazingly kind and helpful staff.

Staff was very friendly, I wish I would've caught the name of the staff member when we arrived. She was very friendly and attentive and went above and beyond for us. The room was decent sized, clean, beds were comfortable and served the purpose. However it was freezing when we arrived. The thermostat was set on 60 degrees, in winter, in Nebraska so that was a little unwelcoming. Breakfast had multiple options to choose from. One huge negative for me was the parking lot. It is dark and small, hard to figure out where to enter, and you have to pay to park. The last thing is the trolley carts, used to bring luggage in and out, were limited with this being an express location so, I made several trips in and out which was a little inconvenient.
