"Room was quiet and much cleaner than the room we had on our previous stay 8 months ago. This room also had much better beds, though "too soft" for my husband and son. A lock on the bathroom door would be appreciated. Not happy that a daily parking fee has been introduced since last staying here. Friendly staff."

"Nothing Deluxe about it. The “deluxe” villas are located in the main car park across from the office building not even in the park itself. It’s like Pitt Street listening to cars and trucks arrive and leave…even at 1.30am. If you are there to relax and have peace it’s not the place to book. The only TV was the size of the microwave oven located above the microwave in the kitchen. Lots of cracked tiles throughout and even the complimentary biscuits were broken in pieces. It was clean hence the one star and staff were friendly when booking in. Disappointed that it wasn’t clear regarding the location of these villas as I’d never paid $170 a night. "

"Thee staff were lovely friendly and professional.the room was beautiful very clean and well stocked We used the free pass for the aquatic centre . Played ten pin bowling and really enjoyed the Rory hill club for beautiful meals The perfect location for seeing our concert at the coliseum"

"Great customer service, safe to park outside especially with security parrolling carpark with buggy. Awesome view from level 4 can see rugby field and surroundings. Definitely be returning"

"Breakfast was ok Staff didnt respond to my complaints about the fridge not working, the room aircon stopped working every 2 days I had to "hard reset it" each time. The room is so outdated it's a joke! No smart TV is laughable these days."

"Room was clean and spacious, check in was easy and staff were friendly. Only feedback is the aircon unit causing a loud squealing noise from the vacuum of the room and air being sucked through the main door, was resolved by leaving the balcony door cracked however this then let cold air into the apartment."
