TV Channels is difficult to access, however, theres u tobe n googlr. Dinning facilities like plates, fprk n spoon, cups sufficient. Oven n cooking stove available. Fridge g9od size. However, a little dated overall n tv very small.

Yeah it’s a bit on the pricier side but it’s the cleanest property I’ve stayed in JB ever and I’ve tried a couple of other hosts just in R&F cove as well. Super good experience with these guys.

Property is nice, convenient with some shops and eateries just downstairs. Food selection within walking distance of the area is so-so, not many varieties. The R&F Mall itself is rather quiet, but there are a few pretty good massage shops upstairs that are very reasonably priced. The 3bedroom unit we stayed in is clean, and the view was nice. It was abit noisy in one of the bedrooms facing the busy road leading to the checkpoint. The condo has great amenities.

All good. Helpful lady to assist check-in late around 9pm Unitn is clean and functional. Bed is good. Aircon is cooling Pillow somehow disformed. Uncomfortable Otherwise all good

Close to jb immigration, 15-20 mins walk , with dedicated overhead sheltered bridge. Apartment a little run diwn, but ok. Reasonably clean, and with 4 aircinds in a 3 bedroom. Tv super small, comes with u tube n google. Staff friendly, bedding ok, kitchen utensils standard with oven n microwave. Swimming n children okayground available on 4th floor. Lits if food around rf area. Walkabe to city square or yse grab to go further. Overall a much better stay than expected except for the many small roaches running around.

Stayed with SaffronCasa for multiple times at R&F. The apartment's location is near the customs and shopping malls nearby. There are some shops and eateries just below the apartment. Generally convenient since we are taking grab to our usual spots. Condition of the apartment getting slightly poor, hopefully maintenance can be improved. Overall, good stay and likely to revisit if the price is still affordable.

We're very satisfied with the apartment! It's new and well-maintained. Very clean and safe. It's within a short and easy 15-min walk from the JB Customs and sheltered all the way. A breeze to check-in and out! The only improvement which we hope to see is the provision of hand towel in the bathrooms and kitchen. Other than this, all thumbs up for a spacious and comfortable stay for us.
