Good stuff. Staff were friendly. Location convenient with many dining options. Room is relative ok. Not so good stuff. Quite noisy in the late night as the room is just beside the road. Design of the shower area is bad as water will basically be splahed to the whole toilet floor. Overall ok for the location and price.

Not a good experience. Additional RM 10 was charge as tourist fee. After went to the room, the room is not ready. Waited about 20 mins for the room to be ready. Room is small but it’s fine for 1 night stay, and had some smell too. Location is convenient to many shops and cafes.

Made a last minute booking at 2am, managed to get a triple room at the last minute, checked in fine at 4am. Entire place reeked of cigarette smoke, sound proofing is pretty bad... We could hear the conversations at the lok lok store downstairs all night. Room was a bit dirty, toilet had the dried pee smell. Was okay for just a quick layover i guess.

Great location with poor surroundings

This hotel is great for the stay however the surrounding hawkers and shops all are poor in manner with bad attitudes shouting at customers especially the durian stall further fr this hotel, night life during weekends is very popular

Spacious room

We had the Family Suite (FSC) with 2 king beds. The room was spacious for four of us, with plenty of space left for our luggage. A simple room with basic furnishings. Good location to nearby amenities. Only downside is no refrigerator, but for the price, can't complain. This was a last minute booking, after facing problems with our original accommodation at another location nearby. Would choose to stay here again if I come back to the area.

bad bad sound insulation!

The hotel is noisy from night to morning- and i’m not referring to noise from the hustle and bustle of the busy streets and clubs below. My sleep was interrupted many times throughout the night till late morning with loud banging of doors, cleaners slamming their push carts against the thin walls and such. I would need a good pair of earplugs if i were to stay there again. For two nights, i requested for extra pillow. On the day of check in, the female staff told me that she will check for the pillows. It was quite late already and understandbly she called back to apologize that she couldnt find any extra pillows in the store. On the second day, early morning, i asked the female malay staff if we could have additional two more pillows. Before she even check, she told me that she cannot guarantee anything. At night when i came back, two male malay staff were speaking to each other - and similarly i asked if we could request two more pillows. One of the guys said ok and will deliver up, but was quickly interrupted by the other male staff who spoke in Malay( which i obviously couldnt understood) and then he said that they have run out of pillows, without checking again. I find it hard to give them the benefit of doubt.
