Last Minute Overnight.

It was a last minute decision to drive to JB and stayed overnight. The hotel.com platform was easy to use and the host reaching out to us made the check in easy. The place was nice and comfortable. Location was convenient.

Stay in a 2 bed + 2 Bath apartment for 2 nites

Unpleasant stay for us Masterbed room and toilet still ok but 2nd bedroom w/o window and toilet was terrible with sewerage smell throughout our stay. Bed was hard, linens/cover were quite worn out and pillows got smells also. Floor was not dirty but definitely not clean either. Don't expect anything near to hotel comfort. Only incentive is high floor and 24h security

The building was old and in poor state (the photo advertised is not reflective) When we arrived after a long journey, we were told we needed a pin to enter the building. We had to pay a deposit of 300 ringgit to get this pin, and we were told that it may take 45 minutes to get the pin sometimes. There was another family we met there who were dismayed at what they saw. The advertisment is not reflective of what we got. We both decided to leave. Bystanders told us this often happens. It was a great disappointment.
