Value for your money with this category hotel.

Convenience for us to travel to Singapore on our business trip due to the location is near to Tuas Second link and breakfast is also provided but the breakfast variety is a bit less not too much choice.

Not pleasant

There are not many options for accommodation near to the Second Link to Singapore. The reviews for this hotel seemed decent so decided to give it a try. Was given a small room with a tiny window and stained wall. The ELCB box was open and there was some wiring debris on the floor beside the door. The toilet cover came off when I lifted it up and the screws fell out. After I reported it, maintenance staff came to fix it. I wanted to change to another room but they insisted the cover would be fixed. But the cover came off again. They finally admitted that the actual maintenance personnel were not around and agreed to change my room. It took 25 minutes for another room to be ready. The replacement room was better. I feel that the hotel should not have given me a room in such poor condition in the first place.

Its good for short stay.. Near to food place so no need to be worried about what to eat. Can call up for room service in case lazy to walk out. Must admit the food was good. Perhaps you cant demand to much for view since its just a 3 star .

Not much around that area. Just for nearness to Legoland. They take note of your car plate. To guard it I guess.For a 2 star quite ex but clean and everything works.

Convenient & quiet hotel

I have stayed here for the 2nd time.First time was great but there were issues during my 2nd visit. Wi fi was not working. Hot water was available only in the morning. Bathroom had some stink. AC regulator was not working.

An unsafe room

On the 2nd day, the toilet bowl choked. I informed the counter at 10am but when I returned from Legoland at 7pm, it was still not fixed. I turned on the TV and noticed there was an exposed wire. When we turned the TV around to face the living room (we booked the family suit), the wire gave out sparks and there was a blackout. When we told the electrician that the hotel sent to our room, he even said that "it's like that, never mind!" Imagine having little children in the room! I will not recommend anyone booking this hotel because we think it's very unsafe!

worth for the pay

Well everything was okay except one thing the bathtub. After we used the bathtub we cannot drained the water from the tub. We tried everything. At last end up not using it for until check out day.

Budget alternative to Legoland resort stay.

I booked this hotel as I could not find a room at Legoland hotel for the chosen date. For a fraction of the tarrif at Legoland, I stayed at this comfortable place with family. Taxi fare to Legoland is about RM30 and to Puteri Harbor approx RM60. This will be my preferred choice for future stays also. The staff is courteous and professional, promptly assisting with queries and other needs. Taxi can be called if requested, to take one around the town for sightseeing, shopping, dinner etc. Value for money spent.

Nice Hotel and away from main roads.

Overall I'm happy with the hotel and value for money. I'm also satisfied using Expedia to book this hotel as no hidden cost is incurred as compared to another popular hotel booking website. Except for one incident at the restaurant, else everything is fine. I stayed for 2 nights. I understand that breakfast is served until 10.30am. I love taking coffee in the morning and requested for coffee at 9.55am as both the jars are empty. Sadly the staff on duty refuses to add more citing breakfast closing soon. I took another look at the restaurant wall clock to confirm the time again. True enough 35 minutes before breakfast time closes, he stopped making more. His manners is driving customers away over petty issues and unnecessarily posing bad image for the hotel owner.

酒店附近乜都冇,價錢平,如只求一晚住宿都係一個好選擇, 但大前提要解決交通問題

酒店四周吉鋪居多,樓下得一間印度餐廳及一間中式按摩店, 出入要拉搵酒店巴士或CALL TAXI,酒店巴士係貴D同埋佢只得一架車,如果比其他房客租左就要等個幾鐘。TAXI要CALL先入黎, 個晚係KSL D 車唔肯車我地返酒店，佢地話太偏僻。酒店樓下間餐廳會劏旅客絕對不建議幫襯，午餐時段叫左3個餐加一罐可樂收左74馬幣, 晚飯係KSL食5個餐加甜品都係8X馬幣仲要好食又靚。酒店唔細心,BOOK左家庭房住5個人,比埋額外附加費但冇同我加床仲要只比2人既毛巾牙刷?房間地下仲要有薯片碎0_0, 想食早餐請早起,因為佢頹廢得黎只出一轉，遲去隨時野飲都冇

The stay was above expectation. The toilet and room was very clean. They also have ironing board and iron at the walkway for guest. Great that they used coway hot and cold water dispenser at the walk way so is very convenient for the guest. Keep it up
