Good food nearby but smoky room

The location is near many food places and massages. The triple room was very large. However, there is a heavy smoke smell and it doesn't really go off even after airing. Aircon take quite long to cool whole room and wall are thin. Can hear neighbours and walkway.

Studio suite. Room was a bit dusty but with some cleaning up, was comfortable. No bed bugs. Nice and big room with with a jacuzzi tub and massage chair. No gym, no pool. But there is an extremely good and well equipped gym accross the road for Rm20(cashless) per visit. Room itself was comfortable but with thin walls. You can hear the activities from other rooms from the corridor. Room has basic amenities - including towels and toothbrush. We booked a room with 2A1C but only provided amenties for 2. Towels also only for 2. When we asked for one more set, they said its chargeable. Overall, fuss free stay. For the price point, its worth it as there are a lot of food in the area.

Excellent and very convenient place to stay. Only compliant is the hot water for shower is very weak.

Was told a queen size bed with 2 single beds, after check in, discovered only 1 queen size bed with only 1 single bed! An other aspect, was allow only 1 room key, very inconvenience. Lighting also need to be improved.

Hotel was decent for the price paid. Quite clean but there were stains on bed sheets. Air-con is noisy but works fine. Room is spacious but has thin walls. The shower area in toilet is very slippery when wet, to be cautious. Will definitely stay at this hotel again if needed to come to this area. There’s a Chagee bubble tea store about 5 minutes walk away too 😋 Room comes with the complimentary items below: - 2 toothbrushes w toothpaste - 2 bottled water - 2 shower towel - toilet paper - tissue paper
