"I had a frustrating experience with this hotel that I think others should be aware of. I accidentally made a booking and immediately tried to resolve it, but ran into a back-and-forth between the hotel and Hotels.com, with each giving conflicting information about whether a refund was possible. Neither side took clear ownership, and I was ultimately left without a favorable resolution despite assurances from the management that this was possible. The lack of coordination and accountability between the hotel and the booking platform was extremely disappointing. When we did arrive at the property, the situation did not improve. The front desk was unattended at check-in, which created confusion and delays. Even more concerning, there was no hot water during our stay, which is a basic expectation for any hotel. Overall, the combination of poor customer service, inconsistent communication, and inadequate on-site conditions made this a negative experience. I would recommend that future guests proceed with caution, especially when booking through third-party platforms. I have spent thousands of dollars on bookings with Hotels.com, but no more."

"The property was beautiful and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We had access to the executive room, which was amazing! Our view of the city was perfect. The only thing to complain about is the pillows. You may want to bring your own. They were slightly uncomfortable."

"Be aware that walls and ceilings are incredibly thin. Unless you are on the top floor you will hear the people walking around above you. We were woken up during the night throughout the weekend to the people above us stomping around. The noise went on for hours every day. Good luck getting ahold of property management, the number to call only gets you customer service which will just forward your concerns to the property management when they are around the next day. Not sure what their plan is if there was ever an emergency and residents can't contact the management. For what we paid to stay here it was terrible accommodations for the noise. We were promised the issue would be addressed but it was a consistent problem all 3 nights we were there. Definitely not staying here again if we are ever back in the city for work."
