"I enjoyed my stay here at Lakeshore! I stayed for 3 nights. Check-in was efficient, the staff was helpful with my luggage, and the room was clean and tidy. Housekeeping came by daily to fix up the room. I had included breakfast in my stay, which was a large buffet, unlike continental breakfasts in American hotels. They had fresh food and continued to bring out more food once something ran out. They were fast to clean and help. Good location too — walkable to the local bus stops and a lot of dining areas nearby. Would recommend if you’re in the area."

"Very professional and high end hotel to stay in Tainan. I can't say it was conveniently located, but everything is farther away in Tainan. And easiest transportation is taxi anyway in this city. I judge a hotel by its bathrooms, and this hotel is emasculate with even rain fall shower! There's a small gym, swimming pool, and laundry on the roof all very well managed and clean. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Tainan. "

"It was my first time out of the country and I was scared of not being able to get around or get help, but as soon as I got there the staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is beautiful I will definitely rebook here again if im ever back in Taiwan. "
