The property did not look like the pictures. It was dark and musty and hard to find the front door. When we told the front desk we were not happy, we were told we could leave but would owe one nightâs stay. We said fine and booked another hotel. On our way out the door, the man said â my
Mistake- you have to pay for the whole stayâ. This is not ok. We are hoping Expedia will help resolve this. Thus far, there has been no response. This is also unexceptionable. We wonât hurry to use Expedia.
