Great apartment, spacious and nice, great location, easy parking. However, we had a very hard time finding it and checkin instructions were wrong - you just need to navigate to mahane yehuda parking garage on Kiakh, call the guard to open gate (no remote needed), park, then go up to apartment. You can't navigate to building (Yaffo is no cars) and no where to put car while you send someone in to find building/access apartment. Once we figured it out, amazing place to stay!!

Disappointed
Not so clean. Did not look like the picture it was smaller. Did not like the shower. Water leaked everywhere. Stayed there thr year before in a different unit. It was much better.
Nous avons loué l appartement 5 jours. Il est idéalement placé près du souk et il est entre 2 arrêts de tram. L appartement est tout neuf et joliment décoré. Il est très bien équipé. Les indications (adresse, accès) par hôtels.com n étaient pas correctes. Le contact local à été plus ou moins disponible pour essayer de résoudre les problèmes (chasse d eau qui fuit, serviettes de toilettes sales, menage pas fait). Nous avons eu de nouvelles serviettes mais le ménage n a jamais été fait et même après intervention, la chasse d’eau a continuer de Des rideaux occultants dans la chambre seraient top.
They didn’t provide shower towels in apartment although we asked for them every day. Also they didn’t let us to do check in at 14h as indicated in Expedia, they say check is after 16h.
We were forced to pay for cleaning they said was not included, in Expedia it’s not indicated and the flat was dirty
The fridge was noisy.
The widows were dirty.
Very disapoonted with Isrentals
DO NOT STAY AT THIS PROPERTY! They misrepresent what they charge. Their listing on Orbitz was inaccurate. Listing indicates (in 2 places) that parking is available for a flat daily rate. Upon arrival I was told they have no parking and nor any arrangement with any parking lot for a fixed daily parking rate and that I would have to pay whatever prices the public lots were charging. Also, they indicate a PER STAY cleaning fee, but then charged my credit card for more than twice that amount. I immediately sent a message asking why the charge was made and noting the advertised cleaning fee. They claimed they had not initiated the charge and blamed it on Orbitz, however, American Express showed it was actually charged by the property. Two days later, they charged my credit card a 2nd time for the same excessive fee. When I sent a message about that, their reply was simply that I was not going to be charged more than the fee amount stated online (however, the 2 actual charges indicated otherwise). I had to contact Orbitz to get the excessive and duplicated charges reversed. Fortunately, Oritz moved me to another property that did have a daily fixed rate parking lot, but I still had the inconvenience (more than 5 hours on chats and phone calls) to deal with issue. If the above isn't enough for you to look elsewhere, the coffee cups in the cabinet actually stuck to the shelf, as they clearly weren't properly cleaned before being put away -- How gross is that?
I was very disappointed with the apartment. It was not well maintained and the rental company was not forthcoming with requests made that were reasonable. Although the location is amazing I would not use Isrentals again.

Fomos em um grupo de amigos e cada família ficou em um apartamento. Alguns muito bons, com itens necessários. No nosso, diferente dos outros, não tinha cafeteira e não tinha secador. O sistema de aquecimento de água estava quebrado e ficamos duas noites sem água quente. Como era Shabbat, não conseguíamos falar com ninguém da administração. O aquecimento do apartamento também não estava funcionando.
