"​Unfortunately, my experience here was underwhelming due to several facility issues. The room felt mediocre, featuring a non-working refrigerator, a damaged hairdryer, and a complete lack of hot water. The mattress was also quite firm, making it difficult to get a good night's rest. ​Most concerning was the lack of attention to allergy specifications for my pre-ordered breakfast, despite clear prior instructions. Between the service lapses and the loud mechanical noises coming from the bathroom...

"Rooms are clean.... and warm. The heated pool is lovely. Mainly older guests stay. Perfect location for walking into st helier (10- 15 mins). Staff couldnt do enough for you. Food was good, a different selection every night. A nice bar with at least the basics of each type of drink. "

"Wonderful stay. We had a balcony apartment facing the marina, it was very quiet, would never have known it was above a bus station - which was very handy for getting around the island. Since it had a fully equipped kitchen, we spent a lot less on food. Apartment was huge, a real home from home and flooded with light. Highly recommended"

"Had a lovely 5 night stay. Nice room, very clean. Helpful staff, everyone was very friendly and nice. There are major works going on to the outside at the quay side of the hotel(March 2026), made absolutely no difference as it was too cold to sit out anyway. "Absolutely brilliant stay at SACO apartments and it won’t be the last. The apartment was perfect for what we needed as a base to visit my sister and her family for a family party. Everything was provided and the location was absolutely spot on! Just walking distance to the harbour and the shops and public transport to the rest of the island. "Outstanding hotel, and to my mind, the most pleasant hotel stay I can think of in the British isles. Being a 15-20min walk from the town centre it might be slightly out of the way for some (I chose it for that very reason). On the other hand, its location equips it with extensive grounds, a beautiful aspect and rooms, along with the best spa, gym and swimming pool facilities on the island. "This place was head and shoulders above the Premier Inns in the UK. I use the chain for work fairly frequently and for pleasure occasionally so I have a good idea what to expect, most are OK, a few are better and a few are poor. "Room was dated, but very tidy and clean, pool facilities were okay, but in need of refurbishment. The sauna was out of order and the mini gym lacked a treadmill. We stayed in a family room, it could have done with more towel rails in the bathroom and a drying rack for when the weather is less agreeable. Otherwise, the staff were amazing and made our stay memorable and fantastic. The plentiful parking was a massive bonus, as was the included breakfast."

"This is our 2nd time staying at De L'Etang. We like the comfortable & clean room, friendly & helpful staff, good breakfast options & delicious Greek food in the attached Taverna! Close to St Helier & bus routes. Wonderful outlook over the beach. When we next have a holiday in Jersey, we will happily book De L'Etang again."
