"This is a really authentic property; I loved the Andalusian decor which made the apartment cool and the surroundings beautiful- as soon as you come into the courtyard there is a lovely smell of incense and a sense of solitude. The cathedral, Alcazar and Toi Pepe are less than 5 minutes walk with easy access to local supermarkets, resturants and shops. I hurt my ankle and my son was unwell on our last day, and they organised a taxi to the airport and messaged to check we were ok. Absolutely...

Nice amenities, multiple pools and spa. Rooms facing water are nice, big and convenient. Feels like you’re on a cruise ship. Looking for Local city charming Hotel, this is not it. "Beautiful hotel well placed for exploring Jerez. The staff were very friendly and helpful but be aware they are local so some Spanish is helpful. We were given lots of advice, had a beautiful room overlooking the square and made the most of the hotel bar and gardens. The food and drink is very good value for a five star hotel and the T22 restaurant is highly recommended. Breakfast is not a buffet and there is a lot delivered to your table which can be a little overwhelming - if you are small breakfast people like us and don’t want it to be wasted, maybe be clear about what you want before it all starts to arrive."

"I've stayed for a week. Overall a very good hotel. Pool area was clean and was easy to find a sunbed. Rooms are a bit dated, but kept clean for the most part. I'd recommend it and would consider coming back if I were to visit Jerez again. My only complaint is my room was right above the restaurant and although it closes at midnight, both Friday and Saturday nights, people stayed beyond that and they were loud."
