Great location with great staff. Parking a bear and the only ding inside the room was the shower water temp pulsed from hot to cold all through my showers.

Lovely stay - Parking scam

The hotel is on a recently renovated building, very close to all main attractions in the city center. We enjoyed very much our stay. BEWARE: The hotel recommends you to stay at the Parking Plaza del Arenal and send you a link to make a reservation, which has to be paid by credit card at least 2 hours before arrival. If you do so, there is a very attractive reduced rate of approximately 10 euros per day. The system advertises it accepts all major credit cards, but none my US based cards didn’t go through and used an European based card. Unfortunately during the transaction my card was stolen and when I arrived home found that the card had a charge of 200 euro from a money transfer company (same day and around the same time I was also paying for the parking online!!). Yesterday I had to file a claim with the bank. I now have to wait 2 weeks to see what happens. Not sure what the outcome will be as the transaction went through EVEN THOUGH I never authorized it. Lesson learned! This is the kind of service that I will never pay online again.

Great location for wineries

We loved Jerez and this hotel was conveniently located near all of the things we wanted to do. We visited several wineries for tasting and tours that were excellent, did a flamenco show and visited the Royal Academy for horses which took us by surprised on how wonderful it is.

Overall good

Hotel was overall very good. Amazing location and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was the fact the weather was very nice and the air con was locked. The room was way too hot. I asked if it could be made cool twice and both nights it was still blowing out hot which led to uncomfortable sleeps

Excellent service by front desk staff. Nice, they offered useful information about the amenities of the hotel and nearby attractions (marking all of them in a city map they gave me). The room was spacious, well decorated, with modern functional furniture, and was clean and had all I needed. Hotel is located in the city center, easy to walk everywhere. My only quibble was the the breakfast, while offering abundant food and many options (including healthy options), did not always have the best quality in produce. Given the rate of the room (200 euros plus taxes per night), I would have expected higher quality. But overall, a good hotel. I would stay again

Our room was small for a twin bedded room and had a view of an internal walled courtyard which was not very nice. Our main issue was we found the room too hot and the air conditioning was not functioning as it was February so we had to open the windows at night which led to disturbed sleep due to a noisy fan/ventilation system and a smell of drains that wafted into the room from the street below. I did report these issues to reception on check out. I also felt the price I paid for the room was too high for the quality of the room we stayed in .

Suffisant pour une nuit.

Chambre bien, mais 1 des 2 lits tres avachis, lamelles de parquet manquantes, reostat de climatisation defectueux, manque de prises electriques. Mais le prix bas de cette location est en rapport avec l’etat de l’hotel. Il est convenable mais necessite une renovation. Petit dejeuner, buffet, satisfaisant mais un peu cher, au prix de 14 euros.
