"Despite asking upon check in and having the pay at property option, hotel management refused to allow only 3 nights instead of 4 and made me pay for unused night. They continued to blame Expedia but this was something that they could have easily accommodated on their end. Awful"

"Beautifully done resort directly on the beach. Rooms are lovely and the hotel is serene. Located directly in Jekyll Island’s charming downtown area close to restaurants, the Jekyll Island market and the bike path. We loved our time there!"

"Ice machine broken. Room was great, spacious and breakfast was really good"

"Oh my goodness!!!! I've never experienced a vacation like this one. Never had to leave the hotel if I didn't want to!!!! Staff absolutely AMAZING!!! Traveled with my dog and was comfortable everywheee we went"

"The staff were phenomenal! From the front desk, manager, and support staff all were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The Monday and Thursday breakfast worker went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and so very welcoming. I highly recommend this Hampton Inn."

"Overall, it was a good experience. There were a few things in the room that needed some maintenance, and had that maintenance been done, it would have improved the experience. I thought it was a little tacky that they charge a resort fee per day, but it doesn't give you access to anything unique that other hotels already offer without charging a resort fee. And I was a little offended that I was expected to remove my trash out of my room when I checked out."
