"Beautiful place to stay on Jekyll Island. Very peaceful with easy parking. Always our go-to when visiting."

"They require a $25 deposit for booking through hotels.com. Not a big deal, however, the deposit is supposed to be returned upon checkout. This is not the case and they are very slow to return the deposit. Also, the room we stayed in had some minor flaws that were an eyesore regarding upkeep of the room. Not a deal breaker but not worth the hassle either."

"The breakfast was amazing. The pool did have some toilet paper in it in the evening but was cleaned out the next morning and the kids enjoyed the pool after for the rest of the day. As well as me. The hot tub was amazing, and we used the grill too. The cabanas could use a little cleaning on the seats, but still comfy. Room was immaculate.. but we did find a dirty used spoon in my fridge. But overall I’d book there again. Staff was amazing and accommodating "

"Parking was super secure and very convenient. Our checkin host, Norma Jean, was super nice and made us feel at ease. She answered all of our questions and was very accommodating to our needs. The grounds are pristine and you can’t beat the views from the rooms facing the ocean!"

"The out door pool was still too cold to swim in (April 18) The shower tile had wet hair sticking to it at check in and the tub flooring looked uncleaned or could use a resurfacing I ordered room service and received the wrong order to be delivered 1/2 of what I ordered "

"The property and location was great. However the service from house cleaning perspective was none existent. No room cleaning service for 3 nights/4 days, no clean linens. Had to empty the garage, clean the bathroom, retrieve towels from front desk. No useable bicycles, which was one of the amenities they charged me for $30 a day. Save your money and go somewhere else!!!"
