"The room was unique and comfortable. It felt like staying in a castle. The breakfast was excellent and delicious. The pools are very fun. While we didn't go to the theme park during the day, the zombie train at night was scary and very fun."

"Reserved a villa. The hot tubs jets don't work outside. Was looking forward to the hot tub at night after a long day. Front desk said none of the jets work in the hot tubs Since 2025. Asked for a discount. Was told they wouldn't do anything for me. 😡"
