"Average property at best. Room was clean but linens were stained, bathroom was very much in need of updating. Location is convenient. It needs to be cleaned and updated."

"We booked this property for five women traveling together. The rooms were to be adjacent with a connecting door and we call a week before to confirm and were told the rooms would be adjacent. We also enquired into the property in respect to the hot tub and pool and were told they were open and would be available. They advised the check-in time would be 3:00 PM. Upon arrival at 5:00 PM, the ladies were told no rooms were available as they were not cleaned and it would be “several hours until you can check in”. When they asked about the adjoining rooms, they were told the property “never agrees to assign adjoining rooms and they would most likely not have rooms next to each other because we assign them on a first come first serve basis”. When asked about the hot tub/pool, “oh…that’s closed”. They asked to speak to the manager and were told the manager would no be in until Sunday and they could talk with him then. They called me and I then tried to get support from Expedia and after over an hour on a chat, I was disconnected and asked to review the help I received. After getting no help, the ladies went to find something to eat and returned two hours later to get one room as the second was still not ready. About an hour after settling into one room, the second was made available at the end of the hall away from the other room. The front desk staff were rude. We are very disgusted with this property and the service they failed to provide. They lied about the pool."

"Room was clean. Forget trying to use the outlets next to the bed. Your plug keeps falling out. Really a necessity for charging your electronics and they failed. The bed made noises getting in and out, something under the really tall base. And what is up with all the dead space in the room?? Food was typical hotel bland food."

"Excellent. Staff friendly and helpful, traditional home feel & clean. I loved the fact it had a tab and regular cable television, staples not typically included these days."

"The hotel was very nice, clean and a great location - close to Bike Trails and "downtown". The restaurant was good but a bit disappointing as the food wasn't hot and the wait a bit longer than average."

"It was a quick, easy check in process. We needed a slplave to stay for the night and it was nice, clean and easy to find. Check out was even easier. I would definitely stay here again next time i come through the area. "

"My stay was fine. I was there only one night, so my review is based on only my limited experience. I came with my two small dogs, the first pet was free of charge, and the second only $15. The front of house staff was very friendly, thorough, helpful, and accommodating. However, inside the rooms, the metallic bed frames were very loud getting in and out of bed, and the mattresses were lumpy and you could feel the springs underneath. I didn't sleep very comfortably, and because I was on a 16 hr drive, all I desired was a good night's sleep. If the mattress and bed frames provided a better restful sleep, I would have given 5 stars. The staff was fantastic; The downfalls are the location (it's right next to highway 70) and the uncomfortable beds."
