"Dragg us friendly and the room was clean. Breakfast was surprisingly fresh and good. The room was clean. Tne only negative was the decor, it was a mixture of modern and nickelodeon- didn't make sense. Also one of the beds were squeeky. Would stay again!"

"Phoned down to the front desk for an extra blanket and pillow - and was promptly told I had enough in the room. I ask for more and was told the hotel has no extra blankets or pillows. Went to use the pull out bed, and the sheets ha don't been changed and were filthy. Breakfast was very simple."

"This is an old hotel full of charm. The place was clean, cozy and the staff was fantastic. The room we had did not have a fridge but an ice bucket was provided. The food in the restaurant was delicious too. Parking was convenient as was the location."

"Our room was not what we expected from this Hotel. A used wash cloth was hanging in the shower and the desk chair was rusted and hold torn material. Stink bugs on the shower wall. We got in late after driving 11 hours so we didn’t notice until morning. We left for a funeral for the day so we didn’t want to pack up and change rooms. The Hotel offered to reimburse for one night. Expedia has not been responsive."

"Missed the entrance due to unlit signage. Waited at front desk over 5 minutes with 4 other customers. Called the number they left to contact them when no one is at the front desk. Called twice and no one picked up. Asked for non-smoking room but upon entering the room had a strong odor. The room was just ok. First time at the Quality Inn and I was planning to stay at another quality inn at a different location the next day but cancelled. "
