"This hotel is amazing, and I would absolutely recommend it. My problem is with Hotels.com. Their website glitched when I was booking the room. I ended up being charged for two rooms. It was all the fault of Hotels.com and their faulty website. Now, they are giving me the run around when I asked for a refund, or at least a complimentary night. Once again, this was their fault. Beware using Hotels.com as they don't care about their customers."

"This property is pretty dated. We stayed for 2 nights while visiting for a University tour. The closet doors were off their tracks, the drawers wouldn’t pull out, the counter top and room seemed clean but looked dingy and old. The room also smelled pretty musty until we turned the window mounted ventilation on high to circulate the air in the room. The lighting didn’t help it look better. The bed however was comfortable. The front desk person wasn’t very talkative but check in was quick. Breakfast was pretty standard for this level of hotel. "

"Hotel/casino was beautiful and opulent, but the bed wasn’t comfortable. Think it’s time to replace the mattress! Otherwise, the staff were fab!"

"Check in went smoothly. Our room was clean and well-supplied. Breakfast was excellent. There was a nice variety of hot and cold foods and it was replenished throughout the time frame. In fact, breakfast remained open for 15 minutes after the end time. The evening staff was very accommodating. We were brought freshly popped corn one evening by the front desk employee. We are planning to stay there again on our return trip. "

"This was of the most cleanest and unique hotel! I loved the lockers painted as books! The detention Hall bar and metal small locker bed side table in the room. The bed is SUPER comfortable!! The restaurant - the graphite was phenomenal.. loved the creative menu to go with hotel. We will recommend this hotel to everyone!! Outstanding staff as well.. not mean none in hotel or restaurant! Thank you all!!"
