"The food was delicious cooked to order the burritos are fantastic! Just steps from the ocean. The pool is wonderful when the beach is to hot. Lots of shade and cool water. Very relaxing atmosphere. The room was clean and comfortable. The rooms are basic but your only in them to shower and sleep. It the AC works great we actually had to get blankets because the kids got cold. The staff was great very friendly and accommodating. Tranquilo is a great word to describe the stay!"

"Nice area, lovely staff, indoor parking, super quiet, wonderful for sleeping, great air conditioner, comfy bed and pillows, a few restaurants within walking distance. Overall great place! My only complaint would be the lack of hot water, it wasn't freezy cold but it didn’t cause the mirror to steam up either, so barely luke warm at best. The positives definitely trump the water issue"

"Les chambres au rez de chaussée pres de la réception sont petites. Une de ces chambres pour 4 personnes n’est pas assez grande car il n’y a pas de place pour les valises. Il semble que les chambres dans les étages supérieur sont plus grandes. A part de ça tout était parfait."

"worst stay. wedding right next to our room blasted music until midnight and we could hear staff cleaning up until 1:30 AM. Staff were unable to refund any night and we spent the next day exhausted."

"The hotel is in a great spot, safe neighborhood and easy to get too. Edwin was very nice and helpful! The bed was not that comfortable, too stiff. Everything was clean, quiet spot and the garden is lovely. If you are at the Annex Building, there is no key for the front entrance so you have to keep in contact with who is on duty and that was inconvenient. "

Mi reserva no incluía desayuno así que tuve que pagar por aparte, se tardaron un poco con mi orden en el área del comedor. Además, me hubiera gustado que tuviera ducha con agua caliente."

"Clean room, east check in, felt safe. I did not have AC in my room and did not feel like I needed it, window could be open and was very cool. No hot water, I expected this from other reviews and it was fine with me."

"The room (“El Cristal”) was spacious, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom well appointed with great warm water pressured shower; the breakfast offered 4 to 5 delicious options… and the service was very courteous… the staff could be seen at the front desk and tending tables… Alejandro was particularly helpful in assuring a great stay. Note, there’s a lively discotheque nearby and can be a noise factor for some."

"The property location is excellent. The rest is not. The limited staff that we met was courteous but didn’t seem to be trained or just didn’t put a little extra that I would expect. For example, my 3 years old son had to eat the same breakfast and drink the same coffee than the rest of the family for the 3 days we stayed. Maybe a little bit of inexpensive fruits or a juice or a cereal will make a big difference. "
