Great hotel! Modern, upscale, well kept. Very convenient, across from a main shopping center. Great restaurants, spa and concert area which had a concert during our stay. Staff was helpful and extremely friendly. Great stay.

I enjoyed the proximity to the mall and restaurants, the sky bridge is a few feet away from the entrance of the hotel leaving you right into the mall. The room was nice, the shower was amazing, the staff are very attentive and friendly. From the point of entrance to the desk to the restaurant everything was excellent. This is my second time staying and have left happy and willing to return.

Excellent staff, amenities are great. Restaurants are clean, food is great, prices are fair, higher than the average Salvadorian restaurant. Close to many tourists areas, about one hour from beach La Libertad. Hotel is connected to Metro Centro mall via a pedestrian overpass. San Martin or Clavo y Canela are great places to enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner in the mall.

I like the location 💯 in front of the Metrocentro mall is a plus you have all the fast food just walk in .The staff specially those working in the lobby opening doors for you are great people, always pending to help you.And also uber eats works perfectly.
