Everything was excellent not only the food but the customer service from the waitress to the receptionist is the highest you can receive. I left today and I am already making plans for next year. The waitress name Sandra needs to be promoted- she made all the customers feel welcome- the young man cooking eggs is a top chef

Muy buena y amables todos pero no tienen variedad de desayunos sobre todo para gente alérgica al huevo. En mi habitación crei que habia un refrigerador para bebidas pero me dieron que era para guardarlas, no para enfriarlas, entonces es publicidad engañosa porque la descripción dice que incluye minirefri y no y cuando les pedi que me lo cambiaron a un refri que si enfriara que me dijeron que me lo mandaban a mi cuarto y nunca pasó eso, de ahi en fuera lo demás todo bien

Esta propiedad tiene la poll en muy malas condicciones , pizos rajados , piscina sucia y llena de basura ademas moho en la piscina , la cascada no la prenden siempre y las luces tampoco el agua helada ademas la piscina necesita reparacion las zonas aledanas de la piscina no tuenen ningun techo ni sombrilla , no hay ningun tipo de musica ni relajante ni nada , ademas el restauran execibo en precios altos unnsolo pkato con camarones al ajillo $52.00 , tres cafe $10.00 , una bitella de vino $36.00 , todo muy caro para el k realmente paga y a la hora de comida solo vez personas que can a trabajar ese hitel no ofrece nada nada al turismo .
